Which areas of WA do you service?

We cover the full Perth metropolitan area and much of Greater WA. Regional bookings outside the metro may attract a travel component, which we confirm before you commit. Our office is at Suite 4, 123 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.

How accurate is the instant quote calculator?

Accepted Answer

It's a genuine estimate based on our standard rates for bedrooms, bathrooms, service level, add-ons and frequency. Roughly nine in ten quotes land inside the displayed range. Anything unusual — heavy build-up, hoarding, height access — is confirmed at the free assessment before work starts.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most of our recurring clients provide key or code access and are at work while we attend. All crew are police-checked, and access details are stored securely with restricted staff access.

Are you insured, and are your staff employees or subcontractors?

Accepted Answer

We carry $20M public liability cover and full workers' compensation. Crews are our own inducted, trained staff — we don't subcontract residential or commercial cleaning to third parties.

What products do you use? I have allergies and pets.

Our everyday range is low-tox and plant-derived, and we can switch to fragrance-free on request. Hospital-grade disinfectants are only used where hygiene requires it, with safe re-entry timing advised. Ask us for a safety data sheet on anything we bring in.

What happens if I'm not happy with the result?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. That guarantee is written into every agreement — there's no debate about it.

Question 7

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — give us at least 24 hours' notice and there's no fee. Inside 24 hours a partial callout fee may apply, since the crew and travel are already committed. Reach us Mon–Sat 7am–6pm AWST.

How do recurring discounts work?

Accepted Answer

Recurring schedules save you 5% monthly, 10% fortnightly and 15% weekly against our one-time rate. The discount applies automatically from your first visit — there's no lock-in contract for residential work.

Question 9

Do you handle end-of-lease and bond cleans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our General and Premium Cleaning services cover the standard WA end-of-lease checklist, and we recommend adding carpet cleaning where the tenancy agreement requires a professional receipt.

How is commercial cleaning priced?

Always custom. We walk the site, document a scope of works and quote a fixed fee per service, including consumables and periodic works so there are no surprise line items later.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, credit card and direct debit for recurring schedules. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.
